“I found the on-site restaurant and pub a welcome convenience, particularly after a long drive, offering surprisingly good food and friendly service. While the hotel itself shows signs of age, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with the made-to-order breakfast being a distinct advantage over standard buffets.
